3. What is the difference between ZMA100 and X100?
ZMA100p Card

- We replace each product for free if it's broken upon receipt

5. Do you offer PayPal payment or wire transfers?

6. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are based on location and volume.
7. When will I expect to receive the product?
You may pay for expedite shipment at extra cost. Regular shipping takes a maximum of 7 business days inclusive of product testing and order approval.
8. Do you ship products even outside US?
Yes we do.
9. Is there insurance for the shipment of the products?
There is 0.3% charge for insurance for the shipment of products that weigh more than 5kgs.
10. Is there a warranty?
All Zapmicro 4 port and 8 port FXO cards have 2 years warranty.
11. How can I have my products replaced?

- Return Policy. Zapmicro will replace all items (Zapmicro asterisk-compatible PCI cards) returned by the reseller within 30 days upon purchase. Valid returns include but not limited to valid product defects. Zapmicro charges .3% insurance fee for shipment more than 5000g. Returns of non-defective hardware inside of 30 days are assessed a 15% restocking fee. Zapmicro will accept no returns of non-defective items (Zapmicro asterisk-compatible hardware) beyond 30 days. All shipping charges will be waived for any "defective on arrival" items reported to the support department within 30 days of invoice.
12. Are your cards compatible with PCI2.2? PCI2.1?
Yes, Zapmicro cards are compatible with PCI2.2 and PCI2.1
13. Do you offer Digium products too?
No.

15. Where will the product be delivered from?
The product will be delivered from China. We would like our customers to be able to save in terms of shipping. We can ship from 2 locations, China and US.
16. How can I become your reseller?

17. Do you offer discounts?

19. Can I test your product before actually buying?
Zapmicro guarantees quality. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the product, we accept returns for defective items.
