Non-disclosure Agreement Study our NDA and send us a signed copy to 352-416-0008. Distributor Application from Fill out the Distributor Application from and fax it to 352-416-0008. Your application will be reviewed by one of our account manager and contact you once it is approved.

2. Fill out the forms and fax it to 352-416-0008 or scan and email it to sales@zapmicro.com

3. Wait for 24 to 48 hours for the approval of your application.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Is there a minimum order amount?
   No, there is no minimum order amount but the tiered discounts are based on
   volume purchases. So there will be more discounts for higher volumes.
   
   
2. If so, what is it, or what handling fee will I be charged if below?
   We need you to sign our NDA before we can disclose our distributor pricing. There is no handling fee. However, we have default transactions fees:
   
   a.  bank transfer fee is to be paid by distributor
   b.  paypal fee is to be paid by distributor
   
   
3. Do you blind drop ship?
   Yes we do.
   
   
4. Where are your warehouses in the US?  UK?
   We have 2 warehouses. One is in USA and one is in China. We can drop ship from either locations.
   
   
5. What are your payment terms?  Net30?  Credit Card?  Etc?
   We request for payment before shipment. We prefer credit card but we take wire transfer and paypal.
   
   
6. Will I have access to PDF manuals and hi-res images?
   Yes we can provide you all materials and we can create materials for you upon your request.
   
   
7. What is your order cut-off time if I need the order processed that day?
   For big orders of more than 100 cards, we need 1 week to 2 weeks lead time. However, for smaller items, we generally have stock.
   
   
8. How fast do products normally ship out of your warehouses?
   We ship within the same day the payment has been received.
